For prints - 7,90€ (incl. 19% Vat per order).

For original drawings or paintings - 17€ (incl. 19% Vat per order).

Everything will be sent with a trackingnumber and with DHL/Deutsche Post.

DELIVERY PERIOD

Due to the current workload of the transport companies, the delivery times may be delayed. I can not influence, but have adjusted the expected delivery times of the current time. Insofar as no other shipping time is specified in the order, the delivery of the goods in Germany within 4 – 7 days, for foreign deliveries within Europe from 6 – 10 days. For worldwide deliveries, the delivery period can currently be 10 – 30 days.

RETURN

All products are manufactured with the best conscience. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days, in accordance with the current right of withdrawal. The product must be in original condition and complete, so that the products can be resold. Please write me via the contact form for a return request.

In the event of a cancellation, you bear the return shipping costs. You can return the package with the provider of your choice.

Once your return has arrived, it will take approximately 5 business days for the purchase amount to be refunded to your account. You will be informed about your return by email. Please make sure to use the RePack shipping bag again for the return!

However, since Collaboration with Earth is a conservation project and not a commercial store in the traditional sense, please consider another solution. Could you perhaps give it away or sell it in your area? This would reduce the environmental impact of another trip, and the additional expense and repayment of shipping costs would not interrupt the generation of more conservation funds.

WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Collaboration with Earth of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (letter or email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, which is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
